It's the Greater Greenwich Diaper Drive! Here's all the info:
What we're doing:
Collecting diapers sizes newborn-6, as well as baby wipes, for those in our community who need them by giving all donations to Comfort Food Community to distribute.
Why we're doing it:
There are currently no federally funded public assistance programs that pay for, or contribute to the payment, for diapers except NYS Community Diaper Programs in emergency cases. Visit nysdiaperbanks.org
How you can help:
Starting September 23rd during National Diaper Awareness Week, and running through October 31st we're asking for donations of clean unopened diapers and baby wipes. There are 2 drop off locations, please drop off during open hours:
Greenwich Free Library
Monday and Friday 10-5
Tuesday and Thursday 9-7
Wednesday 10-7
Saturday 10-1
Clutch Market
