Aging in Community: Having Conversations about End of Life Wishes
Wednesday, July 1711:00 AM—12:30 PMLarge Meeting Room- Lower Level Greenwich Free Library148 Main Street, Greenwich, NY, 12834
Join Barbara Price, BCPA, for a community conversation about aging. The first step in defining how you want to age and your hopes for end of life is to think about it. The second step is to talk with your loved ones, so they know and respect your wishes. This 90-minute session will cover the major topics to think about and how to get started on the conversations.
Expressing your wishes to your family before a serious illness or close to death, can give you more control, autonomy and dignity during a critical illness. It’s a process that happens over time. This community conversation will help you get started.
This program is the second in a series of community conversation about remaining in the community as we age.
All are welcome, and no registration is required.
